The Quality Manager role is responsible for leading and developing the quality team in Savage, MN. This position follows corporate quality policy with the main objective of preventing nonconforming product from reaching customers. The quality manager must accurately maintain, effectively communicate, and drive improvement of the location’s quality metrics. A Plant and machinery maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring that equipment continues to operate at acceptable levels. First and foremost, a machinery maintenance mechanic is responsible for performing regular maintenance and inspections of equipment; this may involve visual inspections, as well as tasks such as operating a robot to perform a diagnostic test.
