This position is responsible for Service & Installation of Car Wash systems and other related installations. Required to establish, promote, and maintain relationships with all customers. co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate. The Install Lead is responsible for the day-to-day decisions within the Install Team, including, but not limited to supervising the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of equipment in the field to ensure optimal usage and quality. Capable of working independently with little general supervision.
The Chemical Account Specialist’s (CAS) primary role is to grow Sonny’s Car Wash Services market share by working with and developing car wash customers. A CAS will plan appropriate strategies to help facilitate potential clients to do business with Sonny’s Car Wash Services. The CAS will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to keep Sonny’s Car Wash Services abreast of market changes, competitive opportunities, challenges, and creative trends.
The Sr. Financial Analyst performs analysis and development of the financial information required to successfully support Sonny’s and its subsidiaries. The analyst will work with people at all levels of the organization to report, monitor, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. This position also helps the business unit achieve goals, anticipate needs and resolve problems
Responsible for the accurate set up, picking and packing of materials according to client specifications. Responds quickly to pick requests and to have a sharp eye for detail. Requires ability to follow directions and company procedures to eliminate the threat of workplace injuries and ensure packages are sent out accurately. Must be able to work in a team setting to meet company and individual goals. Requires mathematical skills to ensure the right amount of products are in the package.

Employee is responsible for recording all reactive inventory adjustments after conducting all research around receiving and production of materials leading up to the request for an adjustment. Incumbent will report significant variances to management with an initial evaluation of root cause.
Employee is responsible for the accurate preparation of routine inventory reports on a timely basis. Inventory reports may be daily, weekly, or quarterly.
Employee is responsible for cycle counting for all “A” materials and cycle counting for outside warehouses and Phoenix and Mr. Foamer facilities.
The HR Data Analyst I is primarily responsible for will be responsible for managing and analyzing human resource information system (HRIS) data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, administering employee records, creating job codes, and generating reports. The role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with an understanding of HR systems and processes. This role will provide general HR data support to Total Rewards, HR managers, and Talent Acquisition in the form of reporting, quality assurance data review, assisting and managing job code creation, and people data maintenance. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of compensation related data, including salary and incentive plan data in HR data systems. May participate in, and collaborate with various cross-functional Total Rewards and HR projects Role, as well as collaborate with HR and HR compliance on employee classification audits and analysis in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Will also routinely create standard HR reports and conduct checks of data, working within the HR organization to correct as necessary.
The incumbentis responsible forconducting material counts and assisting in the research around inventory discrepancies of received and producedmaterials in the Tamarac manufacturing facilities. Incumbent will partner with Inventory Analysts and Accounting in conducting material investigations and correcting system inventory.
The Senior Compensation Analyst is primarily responsible for providing analytical support across all major compensation workstreams and projects, including the annual salary increase and bonus process, market data benchmarking, job evaluation and leveling, data reporting and analysis. This role will provide compensation support to HR managers, Talent Acquisition and Managers in the form of job offer review, market data insight and internal equity analytics. This role will also be responsible for the administration of compensation programs, and ensuring data integrity of compensation data in HR data systems. May participate in, and collaborate with various cross-functional Total Rewards and HR projects Role, as well as collaborate with HR and HR compliance on employee classification audits and analysis in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Will also routinely conduct internal and external analysis, and consult with business Total Rewards team members and HR staff.
Equipment Sales Representative (ESR) is the direct & primary interface between the customer & the company. ESR utilizes individual technical, communication, industry, and product knowledge skills to advise customers when making business & equipment decisions using a consultative sales approach. ESR prepares & presents accurate sales quotations & specifications for equipment orders, relays information to customers, & handles customer inquiries. ESR works with CAD department, project management, service, and installation team members to ensure the client’s needs are met.The candidate will be required to show a strong aptitude for Salesforce CRM data entry and consistent CRM management. ESR primary responsibility will be working with the Sales Managers on driving profitable sales in an assigned territory and specific accounts.
This position requires sales experience of 2-5 years in a business to business environment. Experience in conveyorized car wash, machinery, or construction is preferred.
The Senior Purchasing Agent supports the Purchasing Manager with the procurement of materials, supplies and equipment necessary for uninterrupted manufacturing. The Senior Purchasing Agent translates internal demand into a strategic supply chain action plan by identifying various sources of commodities and services, evaluating bids, awarding contracts and purchase orders, developing standards for new products or services, maintaining contact with vendors, and acting as the primary escalation point for concerns relating to supplier performance all while maintaining comprehensive descriptions of available products and current prices. This role reports to the Purchasing Manager.
