Overview

The Master Data Management Manager will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing day-to-day business data requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and overseeing large-scale migration projects to SAP S/4HANA. This role is pivotal to ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of data across the organization. The master data objects include Business Partner, Material Master, Bill of Materials, Recipes, Resources, Purchasing-Info Records, Pricing, and Warehouse Management data. This role is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of existing data and ensuring accurate execution of data migration processes.

Responsibilities

· Implement the Sonny’s SAP Master Data Management strategy and roadmap.

· Lead the implementation of MDM solutions, including data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and workflows.

· Adapt Sonny's data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP systems.

· Manage and develop the Master Data Management team to efficiently execute migration projects and daily MDM operations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business strategies.

· Monitor data quality metrics to identify and resolve data issues.

· Develop training programs to educate end-users on data management best practices.

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in SAP MDM and suggest continuous improvement strategies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) preferred.

· 5+ experience in SAP Master Data Management, with a focus on data governance, data modeling, and data quality.

· 5+ years in a management or supervisory level role.

· Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other relevant SAP modules.

· Excellent project management skills, capable of leading SAP MDM projects on time and within budget.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with SAP MDG, ABAP, SQL, Winshuttle, and Enterworks are a plus.

Compensation

 

The pay range for this role is USD $112,970/Yr. - $152,790/Yr.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
