The Parts Specialist provides outstanding service for our valued customers! Corresponds with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to quotations and order processing for Equipment Department. Assists Regional Sales Managers & Director of Sales in assigned territories. Primary functions are to process equipment orders, monitor phone queues and email box and to address and resolve customer issues.

Provides outstanding service for our customers and service techs! Main point of contact responsible for processing hours for Service Techs, processing work orders to Accounting, answering incoming calls, providing back up support for the service department dispatcher and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Requires ability to follow directions and company procedures to eliminate the threat of workplace injuries and ensure packages are sent out accurately. The Solutions Technician’s (ST) primary role is to support Diamond Shine’s combined customers by providing for their chemical needs. ST will work with chemical team to properly install Diamond Shine products, correct cleaning/application issues and provide a reporting safety net for Key and National Accounts.

It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Associate to work with the shipping team to assure that all product is gathered and loaded onto trucks as needed.
