The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for managing data migration projects from third party systems to Sonny’s platforms. Primary responsibilities will revolve around collaborating with clients to coordinate data migration and site point-of-sale conversion activities.

· Collaborate closely with clients to help gain thorough understating of the migration process and ensure alignment.

· Effectively manage and oversee end-to-end data migration projects that might include shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

· Clearly communicate project status’ and updates with clients and internal teams on migration projects in a timely manner for successful delivery.

· Utilize expert knowledge in database configuration to format data that meets the clients requirements while adhering to the company’s established guidelines.

· Conduct testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Balance workload effectively across multiple migration projects.

· Execute any additional responsibilities as directed by management or team lead.

· Participate in after-hours imports.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Looking for candidates who have strong work ethics and are team players.

· Candidates with one or more years of supporting third-party systems. Experience in the car wash industry or with point-of-sales is desirable.

· Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and possess a fundamental understanding of operating systems.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

· The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to promptly respond to and manage emails in a timely matter.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to coordinate, plan, problem solve, and implement projects.

· Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.

· Knowledge of API and SQL is a plus.
