The purpose the Supplier Quality Engineer role is to proactively work with our suppliers to ensure we consistently receive high quality materials on time. This includes supplier auditing, supplier development /consultation, and supplier corrective action requests. This role is also responsible for supporting internal quality and maintaining our quality management system (QMS).
The Vice President of Marketing is accountable for planning, directing, and overseeing the implementation and direction of effective marketing programs that support and align to Business Objectives. The Chemical Development Manager’s (“CDM”) primary role is to grow Diamond Shine’s market share by working with and developing our distribution customers and converting downstream business. A CDM will plan appropriate strategies to help facilitate potential clients to do business with Diamond Shine and their Distributors. The CDM will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to keep Diamond Shine abreast of market changes, competitive opportunities, challenges, and creative trends.
The Sr. Executive Assistant provides a wide range of corporate administrative executive support to the CEO and to our C-Level executive team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and diligently in a fast-paced environment, while proactively managing the requests and needs of company executives. Responsibilities of this role include a broad range of tactical and strategic support activities, professionally representing the company, exercising confidentiality, discretion, and strong judgement in a variety of areas.
Serves as initial point of HR contact for front line employees, managers, and external parties’ matters that are up to moderately complex in nature. These matters may include, but not limited to: employee relations, policy interpretation and administration, disciplinary actions below final written warning, requests for information, HRIS transactions , new hire orientation, ethics compliance, performance appraisal process, and internal correspondence. Ensures Human Resources Manager (HRM) is aware of business matters. Will advise Human Resources Director (HRD) for matters that are more complex in nature in partnership with HRM.
The Process Auditor verifies that production is compliant with current process documentation including our Quality Policy and Quality Management System (QMS). This role includes performing internal audits, performing inspections, initiating containment, creating documents / procedures, and maintaining our QMS.
We are looking for experienced Service Technicians that are motivated, able to work independently, have excellent customer relation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot situations quickly and ensure quality of workmanship. Hours of the Service Technician role will vary and the position will require travel.
The Accounting Manager supervises, monitors and evaluates the day-to-day accounting activities. The individual will prepare, and analysis financial data required to successfully support Sonny’s endeavors. The manager will work with people at all levels of the organization to report, monitor, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. This position also helps the business unit achieve goals, anticipate needs and resolve problems.

Are you skilled in electrical systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems? Do you have experience in the Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator, or Construction trades? We are seeking dedicated Install Technicians to join our team and contribute to the service and installation of car wash systems and related installations.
Responsibilities:
- Install commercial car wash equipment, understanding electrical, plumbing, water heaters, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to procedures and regulations
- Foster teamwork by communicating effectively and maintaining continuity among team members
- Assist the install Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction
- Uphold customer confidence by maintaining confidentiality and interacting courteously
- Cross train to learn various skills such as plumbing, electrical, welding, etc
- Adhere to safety codes and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
- Perform other duties as needed, beyond the specified job description
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel overnight 5 days a week is required
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License required
- Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator, or Construction trades
- Coordination and motor skills to work with power/hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
- High School Diploma/GED required

Equipment Sales Representative (ESR) is the direct & primary interface between the customer & the company. ESR utilizes individual technical, communication, industry, and product knowledge skills to advise customers when making business & equipment decisions using a consultative sales approach. ESR prepares & presents accurate sales quotations & specifications for equipment orders, relays information to customers, & handles customer inquiries. ESR works with CAD department, project management, service, and installation team members to ensure the client’s needs are met. The candidate will be required to show a strong aptitude for Salesforce CRM data entry and consistent CRM management. ESR primary responsibility will be working with the Sales Managers on driving profitable sales in an assigned territory and specific accounts.
This position requires sales experience of 2-5 years in a business to business environment. Experience in conveyorized car wash, machinery, or construction is preferred.
