This is a paid Summer Internship. The internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn marketing and product management function in our organization. You will have the opportunity to learn and engage in many of the duties and responsibilities of the teams and assist with the duties listed below.
The Customer Service Representative role is the face of Hydra-Flex and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that covers many areas, including: phone support for the company, order entry and providing support for customer requests. The Customer Service Representative must take an “ownership” mentality in their approach to handling customer interaction. Success in the role is measured by customer service survey scores, overall team sales and profitability growth, and growth of assigned accounts. This role will also provide backup to tech support as needed.
The Assembler I performs manual labor along a production line. This position works in one work center within a department. Duties include assembly of components, sub-assemblies and examining items as they are produced. Additionally, the Assembler operates and troubleshoots production line machinery. This role reports to the Technical Production Supervisor.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will oversee the design of production machinery and will identify and recommend solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling.
Responsible for the design and planning of new and existing products by performing engineering duties and developing, designing and testing mechanical devices.
Facilitate the procurement of materials and related services required by the company to maintain Sonny’s position as a world class provider of conveyorized equipment, parts and supplies.

The BDM will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to keep Hydra-Flex abreast of market changes, competitive opportunities, challenges, and creative trends.
