 The Senior IT Support Analyst role is responsible for delivering quality IT support across the Sonny’s enterprise. The Solutions Technician’s (ST) primary role is to support Diamond Shine’s combined customers by providing for their chemical needs. ST will work with Business Development Managers (BDM’s) to properly install Diamond Shine products, correct cleaning/application issues and provide a reporting safety net for Key and National Accounts.

The purpose of the Production Supervisor role is to ensure that all production is finished on time, completely, and to specification so that all customers receive their orders in full within the standard stated lead times.

The Chemical Account Specialist’s (CAS) primary role is to grow Sonny’s Car Wash Services market share by working with and developing car wash customers. A CAS will plan appropriate strategies to help facilitate potential clients to do business with Sonny’s Car Wash Services. The CAS will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to keep Sonny’s Car Wash Services abreast of market changes, competitive opportunities, challenges, and creative trends.
