Responsible for the accurate set up, picking and packing of materials according to client specifications. Responds quickly to pick requests and to have a sharp eye for detail. Requires ability to follow directions and company procedures to eliminate the threat of workplace injuries and ensure packages are sent out accurately. Must be able to work in a team setting to meet company and individual goals. Requires mathematical skills to ensure the right amount of products are in the package.

Responsible for the day to day operations and profitability of the Service Department. Ensures the department is resolving service calls in a timely manner and reduce repeat visits. Works closely with other team members to ensure continuous improvements with the Service Deliverables. Service Managers responsibilities comprise providing quality services to its clients by ensuring that he/she is completely satisfied with the services provided.
