We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and performance management across multiple product lines in our private equity-backed company. This role is a core partner in driving value creation across the business — owning the financial narrative across assigned product lines and contributing to consolidated insights.

This is an on-site position in Tamarac, FL.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Lead consolidation for assigned product lines and support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and LRP processes
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models linking sales, volume, pricing, and standard costs
• Apply a zero-based budgeting mindset for non-committed and variable expenses
• Continuously improve forecast accuracy, with clear accountability for assumptions and outcomes

Performance Management & Value Creation
• Drive visibility into revenue, cost, and margin performance across product lines
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve business performance
• Support strategic initiatives with rigorous financial analysis and scenario modeling

Business Partnership
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting to align financial plans with business drivers
• Ensure tight alignment between sales forecasts, demand planning, and standard cost structures

Executive & Board Reporting
• Prepare and deliver executive and Board-level reporting under tight deadlines
• Own the development of clear bridges (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) with actionable insights
• Go beyond reporting to provide forward-looking perspectives that shape strategy and improve future planning

Variance Analysis & Insights
• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key performance drivers
• Partner cross-functionally to explain variances and drive corrective actions

Cash Flow & Financial Integration
• Develop cash flow forecasts and ensure alignment with P&L drivers, in partnership with Treasury

Process Improvement & Scalability
• Lead process improvements across FP&A workflows and contribute to scalability initiatives
• Build scalable, repeatable processes suited for a growing PE-backed company
• Drive automation and efficiency to reduce cycle times and improve data quality

People Management
• Manage and develop 1–2 analysts

Qualifications

Education and Formal Training:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)

Experience:
• 7–12+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in a public company or private equity-backed environment
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (ERP, planning tools)
• Proven ability to operate with urgency, accuracy, and accountability in fast-paced environments
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on results and accountability
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Collaborative but willing to challenge and influence business partners
• Passion for continuous improvement and building scalable processes
• Effective communicator with executive presence
