The National Sales Representative will oversee and manage client relationships on a national basis for our company. They will act as the senior representative for the company and work with our national clients and partners.
This is an on-site position at our corporate headquarters in Tamarac, FL.
Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Execute the national sales strategy for car wash chemistry products, aligned with company growth objectives.
• Meet sales goals, KPIs, forecasting models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
• Drive a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-centric selling.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including national and regional car wash chains, distributors.
• Grow existing Sonny’s accounts not currently using Sonnys chemistry through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development.
• Influence pricing strategy in collaboration with finance and operations, balancing margin optimization with competitive positioning.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales initiatives.
Product & Technical Collaboration
• Work closely with R&D, product management, and manufacturing to align customer needs with product development and production capabilities.
• Support the commercialization of new chemistry products, including go-to-market strategies, training, and launch execution.
• Partner with technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, proper product application, and issue resolution.
Cross-Functional & Operational Alignment
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to support accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and service levels.
• Provide field feedback on product performance, quality, and customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards related to chemical products.
Education and Formal Training:
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
Experience:
• 4-6 years of proven experience in sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, (Salesforce preferred)
