- High School Diploma / GED Required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification, etc.) prefered.
- Journeyman card or relevant industry certifications preferred, where applicable
- 5+ years’ experience in the field
- 4+ years’ supervisory experience
- 4+ years’ of manufacturing shop experience
- Experience using SAP or other ERP System preferred
- Experience with Office Equipment, Database & Query Software, ERP Software, Procurement Software - SAP system.
- Forklifts / Pallet Jack / Reach Truck Experience Desired.
