The Receiving Clerk ensures that all products are properly unloaded, received, stored and that necessary documents are completed.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch. additional hours as needed.

· Receive in SAP all incoming product by matching packing slips to purchase orders · Check for damaged goods; verify quantity and quality of order match the purchase order · Resolve any quantity discrepancies with the Purchasing Department · Unload and put away all incoming product · Ensure that areas are free of debris and boxes are piled safely and neatly · Adhere to and enforce housekeeping standards · Identify and rectify safety concerns · Process all customer returns following company RMA process · Deliver returned product to RMA holding area · Receives and unloads freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks · Participates in physical inventories of warehouse · Operates a computer to access, enter, and correct information · Takes pictures and reports any damaged goods that are received

· Inspect all returned product for completeness and condition. Note results of inspection on appropriate form. · Other duties as needed

Experience & Education:

· 1-2 years warehouse experience

· Forklift experience/training (stand-up and sit-down)

· Scan gun experience

· Computer experience

· Experience with loading/unloading trucks

· High School Diploma/GED required

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

· Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.

· Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds). Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.

· Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted

· Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

Tools: ERP Software, Label Machines, MRP software, scales and printers.

Candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screen before beginning work.
