The Install Program Manager (“IPM”) will work with management to ensure installation procedures adhere to Sonny's standard specifications as designed. The IPM will help further develop processes and procedures to standardize the installation processes for maximum efficiency, and teach these standardized processes to the equipment installation teams and managers.
• Further, develop standard installation processes and procedures to meet Sonny's specifications and Equipment design standards.
• Train installation managers in all regions on the standard processes and procedures giving them the tools and materials to train their local teams to these standards.
• Schedule visits to all regions to work with local installation teams to confirm that the standard process and procedures are followed. Work with the local teams to identify any issues with processes or procedures and modify them as needed following the SPCA (System, Pathway, Connection, Activity) process.
• Work with local and regional installation managers on any additional tools or materials they need for their teams to be successful and conform to safety best practices.
• Work with National or Key accounts managers to understand any specific design or installation standards that must be met and communicate that with the regional teams to meet customer needs.
• Work with the training development manager to develop the standards that all Installation technicians are trained on in the classroom and the field.
• Work with Install Managers to continually advance install team members training.
• Training new or current hires in related roles and providing continued development, training, and feedback to them on areas of improvement.
• Establish KPIs to measure installation timelines and ensure profitable installations.
• Monitor Field Service module to ensure regional adherence to standard processes.
• Regularly communicates with management regarding the program’s status and any problems or potential problems.
• Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
• Provides direction to resolve complex problems, collaborating with others as appropriate; identifies trends.
• Maintains accountability for the timely resolution of program-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in Installation management or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to establish strong relationships within the organization to achieve results.
• Ability to follow and revise project plans to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software
