The Client Design Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring administrative functions are executed at a high level. Must be organized, detail oriented, have strong project management skills, strong computer skills and willing to learn and grow within Project Coordination. This includes working closely with our project clients and graphic designers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. Ultimately, the Client Design Services Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

• Liaise between project clients and graphic designer to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings
• Address customer concerns in a timely manner and encourage customer feedback to ensure client’s needs are met for every project
• Track and coordinate all projects with the Client Design Service coordinators. Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.
• Work with managers of other groups to create smooth workflow through the company
• Responsible for the coaching and development of personnel within the department and coordinating productive alliances with other departments and divisions to achieve objectives.
• Coordinating consistent improvement objectives within the department. Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity.
• Managing the activities, schedules, and workloads of staff, providing career development, coaching, technical guidance, counseling, and performance management as direct reports.
• Monitoring staff performance on a frequent basis and addresses performance issues including any necessary disciplinary action. Performs employee reviews with input from the VP of Marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, graphic design, controls, signage, and marketing to ensure projects are released on-time and with accuracy
• Build long-term relationships with clients as the trustworthy resource to clients in need of design services
• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Work with Client Design team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments
• Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned
• Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication
• Participate in strategic meetings, and follow up with meeting notes and actions
• Develop and publish communications to project clients
• Develop and review Client reports
• Organize and maintain all client folders
• Keep departments informed of relevant changes to project documents as notified by client
• Communicate and build trustworthy, long-term, mutually profitable relationships
• Special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in related field
• Excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with analytical ideas and teams.
• Customer-oriented background working in a fast-paced environment
• Project management and consultative skills and experience with a wide range of complex projects
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
• Hands on experience with WRIKE, TRELLO or other project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%
