We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead our software product development organization in the design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS solutions tailored for the Car wash sector. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring engineering excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the software engineering strategy aligned with the company’s vision for SaaS-based industrial solutions.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of software engineers, architects, and technical leaders across multiple geographies.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of SaaS products, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and performance.
• Architecture & Innovation: Champion modern software architecture practices including microservices, cloud-native design, and DevOps automation.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Subccess and IT teams deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and engineering metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all software solutions meet industry standards for security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS products at scale, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing domain.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
