We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager specializing in Chemical Sales to manage and grow our key client accounts in the car wash sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an understanding of chemical products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded within the Chemistry Segment of the business.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to ensure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity, performance metrics and clients’ interactions using CRM Software.
Experience & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing sales or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, with a focus on B2B environments
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the car wash operations, technology, and trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis and understanding sales metrics.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
• Dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Occasional evening and weekend may be required.
• Ability to travel for clients meetings and industry events as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand and move about a facility.
