The Product Line Manager for Water Requistion manages and supports the assigned product lines. This position is responsible for product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role is a key member of the product management team and will analyze market and competitive conditions, lay out a differentiated product vision, and deliver unique value based on customer demands. This role works collaboratively with engineering, sales, business development, operations, and marketing.
• Strategic Planning and Product Strategy
Create and communicate product roadmaps for our core markets.
Evaluate product integration opportunities across the organization.
Conduct market analysis including product gap analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, gross margin analysis, and market share.
Assist with product standardization and SKU rationalization.
Manage the entire product life cycle from conception to obsolescence.
Develop strategic planning communication and materials in support of the executive team.
Develop and oversee pricing strategies for existing and new products.
Prepare competitive landscape analysis and present it to executive leadership annually
• Product Line Management
Perform voice of the customer actions including working with users/customers, distributors, industry experts and sales management to understand market and customer needs.
Create business cases for New Product Development (NPD) projects.
Coordinate with project managers and cross functional team on NPD projects.
Support forecasting and demand planning processes.
Support project and product launch activities.
Oversee pricing strategy and price change updates.
Maintain the competitive product knowledge base for sales, marketing, and engineering.
Evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure success of product line.
Support product marketing efforts including product selection, product features and benefits, and market positioning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years product marketing, sales, business development or related experience.
• Technical aptitude required.
• Familiarity with car wash or similar equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and draw meaningful and accurate conclusions from data.
• Familiar with Voice of the Customer process.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, CRM, ERP, and web applications.

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is USD 89,565.00/Yr. – 121,170.00/Yr. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training and experience.
