Overview

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist will be responsible for supporting the enterprise change management strategy. This role is integral to driving and managing organizational change activities and initiatives that ensure effective team member transitions to new technology systems, business processes, operating procedures, and organizational structures. This position will focus on developing communication plans, conduct change readiness assessments, manage project risk and change resistance, and assist in operationalizing change strategies into tactical plans that align to charters and project plans developed by the PMO.

Responsibilities

· Developing comprehensive change management plans aligned to project and organizational goals

· Partnering with the PMO team to align key change activities to project milestones

· Serving as a key point of contact with BPOs, SMEs, and end users to ensure change progress and adoption

· Identifying potential project risks and devising mitigation strategies to ensure change implementations

· Assessing project change impacts on stakeholder and end users

· Managing Change Champions network to ensure change support is effectively provided to team members

· Administering and analyzing readiness reports to inform change implementation strategies

· Communicating change objectives, benefits, and progress to foster stakeholder engagement

· Creating and executing communication plans conveying the purpose, benefits, and impacts of change, creating two-way communication channels

· Leveraging multiple communication channels to tailor change messaging to specific stakeholder groups

· Developing and reporting internal benchmarks and success metrics for change initiatives

· Developing and administering post-project feedback surveys to evaluate change management efficacy

· Ensuring post-project sustainability by evaluating change adoption and continuous development efforts

· Partnering with the Corporate Trainer to ensure schedules and curriculums are aligned to change plans

· Contributing relevant content for training curriculum and programs

· Developing change management dashboards for project governance meetings

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· BA/BS in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MA/MS preferred

· 4-6 years professional experience in change management and communications in complex business environments, preferred

· Proficiency with change management tools and methodologies (Lewin’s, Agile, Adkar, etc.)

· Demonstrated proficiency in developing project plans, change plans, and communication strategies

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations

· Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management

· Strong organizational problem solving and analytical skills

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work on multiple change initiatives concurrently

· Ability to work independently and as a member of cross-functional teams and committees

· Preferred experience working with the Monday Project Management tool or comparable PM software

· Ability to deliver projects on tight deadlines

· Preferred experience with change readiness surveys and data analytics
