Overview

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training curriculum and content tied to enterprise business projects. In addition to owning training delivery, this role will operationalize project-based learning strategies developed by the OCM Director and work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure training content and schedules align to key project milestones. This role will conduct needs assessments, partner with SMEs to build new training content, facilitate focus groups, monitor and report on training progress, and drive sustainability plans to ensure ongoing stakeholder learning and change adoption.

Responsibilities

· Facilitating train-the-trainer and Change Champion training sessions

· Modernizing legacy course materials and developing training catalogs for new projects

· Partnering with Change Champions to deliver training content and sustain learning objectives

· Preparing training reports, course design documents, and training implementation plans

· Applying learning theory to construct trainings for a variety of projects and team members levels

· Developing and executing needs analysis to identify key skill and competency gaps for given projects

· Developing training schedules aligned to learning goals and project plan milestones

· Developing internal benchmarks for training delivery and learning adoption

· Developing and administering post-training feedback surveys to evaluate training efficacy

· Ensuring post-project learning adoption through the monitoring of skill/knowledge adoption

· Developing and executing training sustainability plans and ensuring ongoing support resources

· Creating dashboards to monitor training progress, schedules, feedback, and learning adoption

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· BA/BS in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

· MA/MS preferred.

· 4+ years of training delivery and content development experience

· Experience with technical training and familiar with ERP systems, SAP or Salesforce

· Proficiency in developing and implementing learning strategies

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

· Managed training content within HRIS and/or LMS platforms

· Experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training design

· Comfortable facilitating in an in-person and virtual classroom setting

· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

· Up to 10% travel
