Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, additional hours as needed. Travel required within territory

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for P&L. Responsible for hiring and training for all positions in your division.
• Ensure high level of customer service for our clients.
• Coordinate with other GM’s for accounts that cross territories to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Developing Objectives and Strategies - Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them. Develop performance measures that support the organization`s strategic goals.
• Manage Service & Installation manager to ensure job profitability and accuracy.
• Ensure Salesforce sales pipeline is being kept up to date.
• Work with DS chemical management to ensure chemical team is providing proper service and support to our customers.
• Evaluate other purchases/vendor to determine primary options coordinated with the purchasing team to maximize profitability
• Resolve elevated customer service issues/complaints.
• Ensure processes are in place and documented procedures for providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets and forecasts.
• Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates - Providing guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance on a frequent basis.Includes conducting regular meetings with your office staff & supervisors and identifying staffing needs, interviews, hires and training staff.
• Succession Planning - Identify top performers and formalize specific development plans by empowering, coaching and motivating them.
• Demonstrate Enthusiasm - Enthusiastic Managers are committed to their goals and express this commitment through optimism.
• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
• Lead by example, evaluating departmental workload requirements and staying late when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience 5+ years
• Management Experience 5+
• Car Wash Experience 3+ years preferred
• Experience with managing a CRM system required (Sales Force preferred)
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 4 Year Degree preferred
