Overview

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and participating in the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions. This position will manage large scale projects and act as escalated technical support for non-standard Salesforce problems reported by the business.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with business stakeholders to identify their needs, challenges, and goals related to Salesforce implementation and enhancements.

· Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that align with best practices and Salesforce capabilities.

· Participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, including workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.

· Document and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, data models and technical specifications.

· Lead and conduct rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution processes to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance.

· Work with Sonny’s PMO to create a requirements management strategy for the project(s), detailing the process for elicitation, documentation standards, and formats.

· Plan and monitor project(s) scope by ensuring that needs are within the SOW’s scope and communicate any variances for inclusion in the change control process.

· Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring user proficiency and adoption across the enterprise.

· Act as an escalated level of technical support for non-standard business issues reported by the IT Administration team.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline required; equivalent work-related experience considered.

· 3- 5 years’ Salesforce implementation and project management experience across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

· Proficient knowledge of Salesforce solutions and their integration with other applications and enterprise level systems.

· ERP Experience; SAP S4 HANA preferred.

· Knowledge of and proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and/or Field Service highly preferred.

· Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.

· Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests needed.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, with technical and non-technical customers.

· Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.

· Some travel required.
